This is a one-component epoxy adhesive which can suppress viscosity reduction when heat applying fine adhesion, it can prevent any overflow (in or out).
AS-301905： Flow control function can be attached to a variety of epoxy products.
AS-3607：Even for some tiny screen printing process, the pre-gel function can be attached to allow better flow control for precise adhesion.
